Your goods move in a GPS-tracked vehicle driven by a verified, experienced driver. You get a live tracking link and a direct contact number for your shift manager throughout the journey.
We unload, unpack, and place items in the rooms you indicate. Furniture is assembled. Boxes are removed. Before we leave, you check every item against the inventory list — and sign off only when satisfied.

We use corrugated double-wall boxes, industrial-grade bubble wrap, foam sheets, stretch film, and divided cartons for crockery and glassware. Materials are restocked before every job — we don't reuse boxes from prior moves.
Every crew member undergoes structured training in lifting technique, item-specific packing, floor and wall protection, and customer interaction. All staff are background-verified. Our packing teams are our employees — not agencies hired the morning of your move.
Our vehicles undergo scheduled maintenance every 10,000 km. GPS tracking is active from the moment your goods are loaded to the moment they are delivered. You receive a live tracking link — not just a "your goods are in transit" update on WhatsApp.
Every move has an item-by-item inventory signed at pickup and at delivery. If damage occurs, our support team initiates the claim with our insurance partner and follows through. Claims are settled within 7–10 working days. You do not deal with the insurer directly.
